Please place your order (or make changes) the Friday before delivery.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once you have submitted your order online, you will be contacted either by telephone or email to confirm your order and the day of the week in which you will receive your bag.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes of course! Please let me know the Friday before delivery if you wish to cancel your bag or change your oder.
What if I don't like certain items?
Not a problem, we can swap any unwanted items in your order. Just email or phone us with your requirements, or add them in the comments on the order form.
How can I pay?
You can pay in one of three ways:
- Direct bank transfer
- By cash on delivery
- Monthly by cheque
When do you deliver?
Depending on your postcode we will deliver on Wednesday or Thursday evening.
Will you deliver around the same time each week?
We tend to deliver at roughly the same time each week, give or take a couple of hours. There are many factors that come into play, such as traffic, how quickly we pick the produce that day, and how many customers are on that round.
What happens if I'm not home when you deliver?
Not a problem if you’re unavailable, we take delivery instructions. Either to leave the bag with a neighbour or leave your order wherever you think is safe.
How will I receive my order?
We deliver your goods in larger (thick) paper bags, and use plant based compostable bags to keep your leafy green items fresh and protected.
What do I do with my packaging?
Our driver will collect all of our packaging while making your next delivery. Please return all packaging for re-use and recycling.
What is organic produce?
Organic means working with nature. It means no use of manufactured herbicides or artificial fertilisers and more environmentally sustainable management of the land and natural environment, which is beneficial for wildlife.
How do you know it is organic?
We are registered with the Soil Association for both growing and supplying organic produce. The Soil Association is the main certifying body in the UK. We (and our suppliers) have an annual inspection of our land and our methods. We hold copies of the organic certificates for all of our suppliers. Our license numbers; AG18892 and AB18892.
